Christmas in July (August!)

Over on Paper Crafting Mania we do a swap each month. July's theme was Christmas. This is the card that I made for the swap. The paper is DCWV. The Merry Christmas was a SU stamp then embossed with gold embossing powder from Joann's. The other stamp is CTMH with SU ink. The poinsetta is a dimensional from Recollections. Then I inked the edges with Colorbox Chalk Ink. This is the first time that I have made a shutter card without it being one from a class.

    Oh Rhonda, this is just flat-out gorgeous. You did a beautiful job. This is the perfect enabling card. I'd love to try one of these. Guess I'm off to you tube to find a tutorial.
